Be patient and Respect Moderators
Moderators are volunteers, means they don’t get any money to assist other users, so they can’t waste their time to give informations that are already answered in KB and Website.
For this reason Moderators will flag and limit user that broke ANY of above main rules.

Respect Privacy: Don’t share personal information about yourself or others without consent. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, and any other sensitive data.
No Piracy or Illegal Activities: Discussions or requests related to piracy, hacking, or any other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. This includes sharing links to pirated software or unauthorized downloads.
update your questions: if a reply was useful to you, let them know to Community, and be detailed so other users will take advantage of your solutioned issue.
Be Patient and Helpful: If someone asks a question or seeks assistance, respond patiently and offer helpful advice. Remember that not everyone may be as experienced with the software, so be willing to lend a hand.
