as customer you has to open a ticket for support from your customer area, anyway to get support and/or get additional licenses you need to have Active support (that you can purchase from your customer area too...)
about: "don't want to upgrade my OS just for this"
i think this is not somethign we can do, because we can't distribute old MAIN version of the software to avoid issue that we can't fix
